Using these terms
By creating an account or using TUJU+, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
TUJU+ is a workspace for planning and managing creative projects. You may use it for your own work and for your clients. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
You own your content
The projects, files and text you add to TUJU+ stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, show them to you and process them (including sending them to our AI provider) so the service works for you.
AI output can be wrong
+Assist and +Agent are powered by AI. Their output may be wrong, incomplete or similar to other work. You are responsible for checking it before you use it or share it with a client.
What you must not do
Do not upload or create content that is illegal or that infringes someone else's rights, such as copyright, trademark or privacy. Do not misuse the service, attack it, or try to get around its limits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and usage limits
Each plan has usage limits, shown in Usage. Plans, limits and prices may change; if they do, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Service provided as-is
TUJU+ is provided as-is and as-available, without promises that it will be error-free or always running. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Contact and changes
Questions: contact@example.com. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use TUJU+ after a change means you accept it.
